2016 Priority Based Budgeting Programs by Department

As part of the Priority Based Budgeting methodology, Strathcona County has identified 315 unique business programs that describe what we services are provided to the public. These defined programs are then prioritized through a corporate process, which then influences the funding model.

As Strathcona County continues to implement priority based budgeting, programs and program descriptions will be continually looked at for refinements and improvements to best reflect the services that departments provides, both externally (to residents) and internally (to the organization).
