Description
“Playing Courts" are outdoor areas of land covered in a resilient surface surrounded by a wall/boundary designed to facilitate organized and unorganized recreation that are owned or maintained by Strathcona County. These areas are commonly courts with designated boundaries for particular activities such as tennis or basketball, but can also allow general recreation. The bounds of the playing court area are designated by Strathcona County and are always within a 'Park'. This data set includes courts for basketball, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and similar items. It does not include soccer fields, playgrounds, or spray parks.
